Briana Hart, an associate of the firm, concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, corporate, and business law.
While in law school, Ms. Hart was the Editor-in-Chief of the New York Real Property Law Journal published by the New York State Bar Association. The Journal is a practitioner’s journal that focuses on substantive issues within the focus of Real Property and is the most widely subscribed to journal published by the New York State Bar Association.
Displaying a strong commitment to legal service, Ms. Hart completed 683 hours of pro bono service while attending law school. This included work for New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG), an organization that provides free civil legal services to low-income New Yorkers.
Ms. Hart received a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and United States District of Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
