Marc A. Rogovin, an associate of the firm, concentrates his practice in commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Rogovin has represented developers, building owners, landlords and tenants in litigation relating to the conveyance, use, management and operation of real properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Rogovin has also successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigated matters involving breach of contract and related commercial tort claims, from plenary actions to summary proceedings and mediations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rogovin was associated with the firm of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. and prior to that was associated with the firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and with K&L Gates LLP.

While in law school, Mr. Rogovin served as a judicial intern for Richmond County Supreme Court Justice Philip G. Minardo.

Mr. Rogovin received a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Yale University.
Mr. Rogovin is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
